I cannot rate this company negatively enough Weve had a leak from the upstairs neighbor for eight months and Mainstreet hasnt sent anyone to investigate When we reported bedbugs they told us it was probably cockroaches something we don't even have in Alberta and Saskatchewan Worse still there is zero soundproofing so I hear everything my neighbors are doing 2022-10-10T17:02:19Z
I cannot rate this company negatively enough Weve had a leak from the upstairs neighbor for eight months and Mainstreet hasnt sent anyone to investigate When we reported bedbugs they told us it was probably cockroaches something we don't even have in Alberta and Saskatchewan Worse still there is zero soundproofing so I hear everything my neighbors are doing and saying People have tried to break into our suite because Mainstreet doesnt install locks on any windows and the building isn't even cleaned someone vomited by the front door six months ago and is still there The townhouse also flooded with water in the basement due to a leak but we were accused of exaggerating A guy came over with white glue while it was still wet that obviously didnt work We werent informed about the bedbug problem when moving in either which is illegal according to Saskatoon rules Calgary says you can kill them but neither city has taken any action on this issue whatsoever more ... hide ...

My experience with a Timbercreek run property has been horrendous They promised me new windows but I got none Not to mention my old neighbor who had water damage twice due to bursting pipes and roof shingles that were shot on each building My November power bill was an outrageous 500 dollars The balconies are so rotted youre scared to step on them fearing yo 2022-10-01T13:02:17Z
My experience with a Timbercreek run property has been horrendous They promised me new windows but I got none Not to mention my old neighbor who had water damage twice due to bursting pipes and roof shingles that were shot on each building My November power bill was an outrageous 500 dollars The balconies are so rotted youre scared to step on them fearing you might fall through Even after all this Head Office in Ontario Resident Relations contacted me and made things right financially though it doesnt make up for the BS at least Im not out of any money In conclusion spend the extra money and rent a nice place Its been going through 3 property managers in 13 months and issues have gone unchecked throughout that time its the worst managed place Ive ever lived in more ... hide ...

We had initially planned to stay for 2 months but ended up staying for nearly 6 During our stay the onsite property managers were prompt and friendly in fixing a couple of issues with the bathroom sink and refrigerator The area was kept wellmaintained making it convenient especially during winter to come and go We were also pleased that each room had good in 2022-10-27T19:32:17Z
