I resided in this building for a few years when it was still managed by Vertica and I had quite an enjoyable experience The staff were usually accommodating and prompt in their responses upon my contact Unfortunately Akelius recently bought the building and within two weeks the situation had become unbearable When I called to inquire about a prebooked elevat 2022-10-19T23:02:17Z
I resided in this building for a few years when it was still managed by Vertica and I had quite an enjoyable experience The staff were usually accommodating and prompt in their responses upon my contact Unfortunately Akelius recently bought the building and within two weeks the situation had become unbearable When I called to inquire about a prebooked elevator time slot they had no record of my name or number despite informing me that they couldnt access such information which indicated that all prior data from Vertica was disposed of Eventually I only received the lift at the last fifteen minutes due to the technicians tardiness their call centre is also notoriously slowmoving All things considered it is advised to avoid dwelling here as it used to be a satisfactory place until now more ... hide ...
