The maintenance of these apartments is terrible and the staff is very rude and haughty They blame tenants for every problem but when they are wrong they try to hide There are many cockroaches which can cause mental distress Even if you keep your place clean it doesnt help because the corridors smell awful If you rent here your health will be affected there a 2022-11-07T03:02:19Z

I moved in September 2021 which has been about 5 months At that time there was a change of management so I cannot comment on that As for me since my movein everything has been satisfactory During my move in process some administrative tasks were left for the last minute and it took some prodding to get my welcome letter before moving in which had the address 2022-09-11T17:32:16Z
I moved in September 2021 which has been about 5 months At that time there was a change of management so I cannot comment on that As for me since my movein everything has been satisfactory During my move in process some administrative tasks were left for the last minute and it took some prodding to get my welcome letter before moving in which had the address and utility info Once I was settled in I have had a great experience Im living in a one bed room with new flooring but older appliances Some other units have parking issues but not me personally yet The walls are not thick but quiet at night usually by 10 pm except on weekends occasionally This place feels very secure and it is close to foodshopping plus GA 400 giving access to ATL easilyThe only complaints are draftiness due to age of buildings and sometimes the gate malfunctions however this isn't as bad compared to places where I have stayed before Overall its cozy here with management trying hard for improvements like maintenance projects and making things look nicer such as decorating contests during holidays giveaways like free rent discount on Valentines day Note this review is part of entering giveaway contest so other reviews posted early February may be from same source too more ... hide ...

Giving a rating below zero would be appropriate for the experience I had at this residence I was prompted to write a review after my dealings with the current property manager Armando Belmarez My five month stay began in June 2020 just before the new management company took over Despite its nice appearance on the outside and possibly inside do not be fooled there are many issues within the units The HVAC system was noisy and not cooling or heating as it should have been so much so that I ran AC 247 luckily I was on their fixed utility plan which meant no extra costs for me Additionally windows wouldnt open ice maker didnt work and dishwasher backed upwouldnt drain while sewage backed up into shower Even worse were the bathroom renovations which included moving toilet right into shower Closets were also very small requiring additional shelves that werent reimbursed upon departure Plus if youre considering first floor units flood insurance may be necessary due to drainage issues during heavy rainfalls As for customer service from current management company terrible Armando Belmarez is rude and has attitude plus agreements set by previous management werent honored ie my concession Fortunately I got out of my lease and found a better place nearby with professional management even better it costs 10 less than what I paid here per month AND offers a gympool Don't settle for this place look around because there are definitely better more ... hide ...

Parking is an extra 50 for tenants and the back of the property is a mess Drug deals happen on the street at night and theres a strong smell of weed around Lights don't work in hallways or elevators and neighbors set off fire alarms at 4am for cooking chicken in grease Showers squeal lights flicker in bathroom smells from other units come through vents The site says theres no pool or gym onsite it costs 2 to wash175 to dry laundry but you have to reload your card somewhere else Come September my bathroom light still flickers despite maintenance doing 4 order requests on it building has been evacuated twice more due to fire alarms between midnight5am USPS leaves packages outside main door where they get stolen Ive lost 3 now To top it off I got a parking ticket this morning despite having permit visible per management orders meanwhile people without permits don't get towed to free up spaces for paying residents more ... hide ...
