Parking is an extra $50 for tenants, and the back of the property is a mess. Drug deals happen on the street at night, and there's a strong smell of weed around. Lights don't work in hallways or elevators, and neighbors set off fire alarms at 4am for cooking chicken in grease. Showers squeal, lights flicker in bathroom; smells from other units come through vents. The site says there's no pool or gym onsite; it costs $2 to wash/$1.75 to dry laundry but you have to reload your card somewhere else. Come September, my bathroom light still flickers despite maintenance doing 4 order requests on it; building has been evacuated twice more due to fire alarms between midnight-5am; USPS leaves packages outside main door where they get stolen - I've lost 3 now. To top it off I got a parking ticket this morning despite having permit visible per management orders - meanwhile people without permits don't get towed to free up spaces for paying residents!
