The office workers are lazy and rude the parking sign has been inverted for half a year while the entrance is full of spiders that may drop on ones head if they don't move quickly They offer unlimited utilization of the elevator with no supervision yet it was still locked today even though nobody was around Air conditioning in both the elevator and lobby is never activated making it smell of either garbage or varnish that penetrates into apartments Parking fees differ between people some pay 40 for inside and 70 for outside others 25 and 40 respectively Additionally rent is constantly increased without any renovations done whatsoever preferential treatment is given to those known to them while complaints are met with anger rather than action taken The pool changing area has been in disrepair for ages yet they paint the parking lot annually instead of fixing it first To get them to do something one must contact Boardwalk Ontario Customer Service informing them about whats going on strongly suggest avoiding this place due to its expensive prices and horrible attitudes In addition there are frequent waterpower outages as well as suspicious people entering apartments without permission more ... hide ...

My two friends lived in this building between 2015 and 2022 and unfortunately Im writing this review on their behalf due to the unacceptably poor living conditions here Although the rent is relatively low there are countless problems roaches spiders and mice infest the place theres constant heat coming in through holes in windows despite running air conditioners repairs are done using cheap materials with no attention to detail broken cabinets plastic faucets and peeling showers await The higher floors are certainly not better either The ceilings leak water and bubbling paintwork remains unattended old vents only circulate dust instead of refreshing air Moreover noise from outside can easily be heard due to lack of soundproofing sirens dogs barking etc but some positives do exist one cat or dog is allowed views from the building are pleasant a manager who respects 2SLGBTQIA people as well as an intercom system with key fob for security a park nearby including a dog park as well as restaurants dry cleaners and driving schools close by too Coinamatic laundry can be found on the 13th floor while Pizza Pizza restaurant lies across the street more ... hide ...

I would have chosen 0 stars if I could since the apartment management is appallingly indifferent to their tenants Incompetence and a lack of professionalism are the core issues here with the exception of one daytime doorman all staff are unpleasant and unhelpful They allow anyone into the building without making sure they actually live there which may explain why theyre always in such bad moods The heat wont come on until late winter despite tenants requests last year it was 11 degrees Celsius in my apartment before it finally was turned on while air conditioning will be delayed until its hot enough to fry an egg on the floorRenovations constantly take place but don't be fooled as these only benefit common areas like lobbies and hallways Water supply has been cut off multiple times over recent years with many mornings having no hot water available and they even ask for a deposit for your key despite this being prohibited by Quebec Civil Code If you do catch them entering your unit without permission they will lie about sending an email beforehand Lastly don't expect prompt action when you have an issue promises will be made but never followed through The laundry room is often flooded with many machines out of order at once and those that work arent great either refunds are hard to come by if something goes wrongDo not choose this place as there are better options in the area I can personally vouch for that after more ... hide ...
