Williams and McDaniel is the most impressive rental company that we have experienced We were lucky to be able to secure an apartment in Regency Court Apartments located on 316 Kathleen Street The resident manager and her husband Emily and Dave are extraordinary people they are very considerate genuine delightful and openminded towards all backgrounds including immigrants Another great quality about them is their adoration for children my kids always find excuses to go to their office just to get candy or other treats Emily and Dave work diligently as well they strive hard for the buildings tidiness Plus Emily organizes different festivities such as Valentines Day often which contributes a lot in bringing joyfulness within the apartment building Moreover the other tenants weve met so far are really pleasant too This building has 247 CCTV monitoring which not all apartments provide it is also situated in a convenient location with stores like Walmart Food Basics etc being only minutes away by car Last but not least if you have children then this place will give access to Victory Public School one of Guelphs best schools more ... hide ...
