I was delighted to visit the show suite at Whitby mall and was impressed by their hospitality The abundance of amenities and choices available made me look into the 1 bd model which turned out to be incredibly comfortable I especially appreciate that there are units with kitchens as I still enjoy cooking but if I don't want to there is a dining room to facil 2022-10-17T01:32:17Z

Id like to thank Sarah Victoria and Maria from WCT for their wonderful service After living here for four months in 2022 I can honestly say that our experience was less than satisfactory This is not an isolated issue either other families moving out at the same time had similar experiences Some of these include inadequate bathing and toileting services unfulfilled laundrycleaning requests without having to follow up constantly and inappropriate comments directed towards my parents that made my mom cry on more than one occasion People wrongly assumed she was mentally deficient due to her speech impediment when in reality her mind was sharp as a tackIf your loved one requires minimal help then they may be okay here however this is NOT suitable for ageinplace living by any means 75 of their residents use walkers or wheelchairs and need assistance which the facility couldnt provide even though it was only half full of approximately 60 people eating lunch and dinner together at once The staff also often mentioned being shortstaffed which makes me questioning how long they can blame the pandemic for this lack of personnel My mother experienced further humiliation by being forced to wear diapers instead of being toileted after cluster care stopped coming around and wasnt allowed to press her call button furthermore she had to go bed early every night at 720pm because all staff were done working by 8pm despite us paying extra money for an enhanced care package with sixty minutes worth of support a more ... hide ...
