It was initially a great experience when we first moved here The school system was good and the 3 bedroom apartment at market value was a great deal However then the rent started increasing rapidly each year and then came the roaches Three fumigations lots of money spent on Raid cans repeated calls to management with numerous emails demanding they look into 2022-10-04T00:02:19Z
It was initially a great experience when we first moved here The school system was good and the 3 bedroom apartment at market value was a great deal However then the rent started increasing rapidly each year and then came the roaches Three fumigations lots of money spent on Raid cans repeated calls to management with numerous emails demanding they look into it were required before anyone bothered to respond But thats not all there are MAIL THIEVES in the building and management is not doing anything about it We had a bread maker delivered which got taken from the mail room two glasses an expensive wig a huge textbook for an exam and even a remote control for an Hisense TV all stolen even though they had been marked as delivered with pictures of them too When we tried complaining about this Peter Vansickle the building manager wouldnt do anything about it no surprise since none of the cameras in the building work either And if you thought that was bad enough wait till you hear about laundry room machines always down or no heat when working so peoples money gets taken from their cards without being loaded onto their laundry card You wouldnt even want to leave your clothes there because Ive had items like scrubs shirts and my childrens clothes stolen from dryers Oh yeah lets not forget THE STENCH coming off especially from 2nd floorDo you still want to move here Good more ... hide ...
