It was initially a great experience when we first moved here. The school system was good and the 3 bedroom apartment at market value was a great deal. However, then the rent started increasing rapidly each year, and then came the roaches. Three fumigations, lots of money spent on Raid cans, repeated calls to management with numerous emails demanding they look into it were required before anyone bothered to respond. But that's not all - there are MAIL THIEVES in the building and management is not doing anything about it! We had a bread maker delivered which got taken from the mail room; two glasses; an expensive wig; a huge textbook for an exam; and even a remote control for an Hisense TV - all stolen even though they had been marked as delivered with pictures of them too! When we tried complaining about this, Peter Vansickle (the building manager) wouldn't do anything about it - no surprise since none of the cameras in the building work either! And if you thought that was bad enough, wait till you hear about laundry room: machines always down or no heat when working so people's money gets taken from their cards without being loaded onto their laundry card.
