I am so glad I hired Pamela and Glenn for my investment property in Brantford ON When I first began investing in real estate I thought it would be a good idea to manage the duplex myself But things quickly took a turn when my tenants started not paying rent and arguing with each other causing damage to the property Within three months of owning this duplex there had been police involvement threats of physical harm between both sets of tenants and more So I decided to hire My Rental Unit who was referred to me through real estate investment channels Pamela handled the situation with professionalism and fairness she really knows how to talk to people on a human level while finding solutions that benefit everyone involved Hiring them was one of the best decisions because it allowed me more time with family while still growing my wealth in real estate investing Going forward any new investment properties will only be managed by My Rental Unit as they offer great value that many don't understand unless they experience it firsthand Thanks again Pam and Glenn for your help throughout this journey you bring so much value to this industry more ... hide ...

I cant fathom the source of all these negative comments Ive been a tenant in the second building since its opening and although there were a few minor aesthetic issues they were quickly remedied The flooring is laminate and installed correctly however there may be some paint on it which can be easily cleaned off The atmosphere is quiet and the other tenants 2022-11-03T19:02:19Z
