I can't fathom the source of all these negative comments. I've been a tenant in the second building since its opening, and although there were a few minor aesthetic issues, they were quickly remedied. The flooring is laminate and installed correctly; however, there may be some paint on it which can be easily cleaned off. The atmosphere is quiet and the other tenants are friendly. Additionally, this complex has great amenities with helpful property managers who wouldn't be discriminatory in any way. Maybe someone was asked to leave because they didn't have an appointment that time? Regardless, considering current rental prices I consider this place to be quite cost-effective.

Since its opening, I have been living at Greenbrier Place and I'm confident you won't find a superior building in Cambridge. The apartments are up-to-date yet reasonable; the amenities match those of a condominium, and the managers and neighbors are so friendly. Not once have I been sorry for my choice to stay here; I often talk about all the good times to family, friends, and colleagues. If you're looking for a place to live, this should be on your list of considerations.
