Weve been living in the apartment for nearly a month now We were shown the place on a drab day and the rooms don't have ceiling lights so it was difficult to spot certain things until we lit them up The carpet is appalling covered in places with what looks like fecal matter intertwined in it and it smells strongly of vinegar Additionally animal hair is scattered around the edges of the floor After exchanging multiple emails without anyone coming to inspect the carpet Jolyn told us that since wed already signed our lease nothing would be done about it although we sent more photos to her and mentioned our legal rights if she kept refusing to help us Avery then gave us info on a carpet cleaner and they came eight days ago but Jolyn hasnt given us any update since then even though good customer service would require her at least letting us know there will be some delay Cobwebs and dust are everywhere on the ceilings too management has been very unhelpful while Avery was great before we signed our lease but he hasnt responded to recent emails either Jolyn was rude from when she first met us after signing as well when prior to moving in date we asked her for living room measurements so we could buy a couch during Presidents Day sale which would save us 700 she quickly rushed out of office without giving an answer which caused much stress as later that day Avery sent measurements but by then it was too late for sale simple more ... hide ...
