After living in Key West for four years and Ocean Walk for over two of those I can honestly say that all the residents here appreciate the recent changes New immaculate washers and dryers are now present in the laundry facility plus a new electronic key to access the pool meaning no more crowds of nonresidents leaving rubbish behind Theres even an amazing grill area which even Gordon Ramsey would be proud of Parking has always been a bit problematic but with a nightly tow from local towing companies making sure unauthorised vehicles are removed from the premises this isn't as much of an issue anymore In my three years living here Ive only had to request maintenance three times twice for my dishwasher since I lack basic appliance knowledge and once when I attempted to make my apartment feel like an arctic tundra with its AC unit All three apartments have met my expectations and its such an honour to live here so much so that its unlikely Ill ever leave Ocean Walk is one of the cheaper places on this island with amazing amenities especially when considering Irma which left us without pay for two weeks The staff helped me extend rent payments without any late fees until things were back on track theyve done so much to ensure everyones experience is perfect Stephanie David and Dylan are always ready and willing to help out and make sure people leave their office happy living at Ocean Walk is truly fantastic more ... hide ...
