I used to be fond of these apartments but I left for a year and when I returned last year before the onset of COVID19 they were marketing themselves as luxurious units that wasnt really true The cons of this place include broken doors from the garage inside the building for a long time callbox by the garage not working during my stay here and thus creating an inconvenience for my guests parking garage is dreadful with no access to elevator after 89pm false fire alarms frequently disrupting work calls or sleep guest have to register their car and park only outside or risk being towed away pool was closed throughout COVID19 period and even when reopening maintenance issues kept arising difficulty in getting in touch with leasing agents apart from renewal of lease inquiries On a positive note however maintenance team is really efficient with quick service and friendly attitude Its also situated in Addison We were never delinquent on rent payments or had any noise complaints Eventually we relocated due to various issues including elevator breakdowns which caused us extra time and money while moving out Despite reaching out to AKS regarding compensation due to elevator problems we received no response yet more ... hide ...
