We spent two years and three weeks in a one bedroom apartment here Below is my reviewPros 1 The amenities gym bike room swimming pool smart access and parcel pending are decent although the gym equipment is old and neglected 2 The rent was reasonable during the COVID peak 3 Urgent maintenance is great 4 Housekeeping services are excellent for cleaning purposes Cons 1 Despite being marketed as a smokefree community you can still find people smoking in and around the premises although the walls are thick so you don't have to inhale smoke unless youre close to them There was an instance when someone smoked weed which filled our unit with smoke but management didnt take any action despite being warned multiple times in person and through emails if you want to live in fresh air without any exposure to smoke then this isn't for you 2 Parking fees are too high for its quality of service 3 Management doesnt respond promptly despite making many attempts to contact them via phone or email Jessica and Laura purposely ignore emails sent by customers 4 Elevators operate really slowly they could be improved significantly 5 Electric coil cooktop provided with our unit is very old which makes it difficult to control temperature or clean it afterwards6 You cannot movein or out on Sundays since theres no staff available at more ... hide ...
