I would give a more negative review if I could For seven months I had no heat and for two months the water temperature was not up to AHS standards The landlord and building denied any issues were present The office refused to help due to their job being protecting the condo association In my experience there have been mice plumbing heating problems as well a 2022-10-21T11:02:19Z
I would give a more negative review if I could For seven months I had no heat and for two months the water temperature was not up to AHS standards The landlord and building denied any issues were present The office refused to help due to their job being protecting the condo association In my experience there have been mice plumbing heating problems as well as questionable ethical behavior from front desk representatives including racial profiling Notices are placed at our door then the representative runs away In July 2021 those on the top five floors of the parking garage will be unceremoniously kicked out of their stalls even though they are included in condo fees and rent something I find unacceptable Thus my recommendation is do not rent here more ... hide ...

Ive been residing at Park Avenue for nearly a year now and am quite content with the place Its very secure and tidy the below ground car park has great storage space plus its close to Union Square and Brewery District amenities The apartments have contemporary fittings and utilities while the property personnel and upkeep are always keen to help out All in a 2022-10-07T11:56:46Z

Living at this property for the past five years has been an absolute pleasure Repairs and other concerns are quickly handled by Asif the manager The building is kept in great condition with all of the units being corner ones that let in plenty of natural light from two directions Additionally Ive found it to be much better insulated than other rental propert 2022-10-21T12:32:17Z
