Id like to thank Sarah Victoria and Maria from WCT for their wonderful service After living here for four months in 2022 I can honestly say that our experience was less than satisfactory This is not an isolated issue either other families moving out at the same time had similar experiences Some of these include inadequate bathing and toileting services unfulfilled laundrycleaning requests without having to follow up constantly and inappropriate comments directed towards my parents that made my mom cry on more than one occasion People wrongly assumed she was mentally deficient due to her speech impediment when in reality her mind was sharp as a tackIf your loved one requires minimal help then they may be okay here however this is NOT suitable for ageinplace living by any means 75 of their residents use walkers or wheelchairs and need assistance which the facility couldnt provide even though it was only half full of approximately 60 people eating lunch and dinner together at once The staff also often mentioned being shortstaffed which makes me questioning how long they can blame the pandemic for this lack of personnel My mother experienced further humiliation by being forced to wear diapers instead of being toileted after cluster care stopped coming around and wasnt allowed to press her call button furthermore she had to go bed early every night at 720pm because all staff were done working by 8pm despite us paying extra money for an enhanced care package with sixty minutes worth of support a more ... hide ...

If you are thinking of working for or using a landscaping company I suggest you reconsider I recently applied to Forest Ridge Landscaping due to the 20hour wage and 40day standby bonus posted on Indeed However during the hiring process I found out that if I missed any time for any reason including doctors appointments I would forfeit the standby pay When asking if this was true twice over an eight hour period with no response from anyone in the company it made me decide not to move forward with their hiring processThe next Monday two people called me one from HR and one from a pit crew boss When they finally answered my question about medical appointments affecting my standby pay albeit late it was too vague and too late so I declined again On Tuesday at 2 PM someone called again asking if I wanted work when expressing disinterest in their company due to lack of communication this person swore at me before hanging up To make sure my name was removed from candidacy lists for employment as well as make a complaint about being harassed on the phone called Forest Ridge Landscapings number and spoke with Gerry Visco CEO of said business pictured belowIm not trying to get anyone else to harass Gerry or his family or give Forest Ridge Landscaping trouble but merely just voicing what happened during my experience today poor communication and unprofessional behavior by its CEO If Gerry attempts having this review removed more ... hide ...
