The location and staff were both great assets however there were some issues that detracted from the 4 star experience The downlights in the kitchen didnt work the bathroom sink had to be unblocked there was mould in the shower and linen was not changed as frequently as promised It seemed like management wasnt ready for the long weekend and that staffing may 2022-11-07T00:02:19Z

We had a great stay at Alatai apartments with two of our friends Our twobedroom apartment was spotless and the reception staff were very hospitable It included a kitchen a lounge area and a bathroomlaundry The pool and BBQ area were also great We stayed there twice and highly recommend it for its affordability You can either walk to town or catch the No 4 bu 2022-10-17T11:02:19Z

I cannot recommend Luma Luma due to the lack of amenities and customer service skills We had booked a deluxe twobedroom apartment which was actually two separate rooms 505 506 Room 505 was exceptionally small with no amenities television chairs or kettle After two nights we had to upgrade to two standard rooms at an additional cost of 200 per night due to t 2022-11-07T00:32:17Z
