This place is a nightmare Two days before I was scheduled to move in they tried to cancel my lease because they had forgotten about me It was illegal as the lease had already been signed so they were obligated to honor it When I came by for a preview of the unit on the day before there were six people at once doing work in it and leftovers from the previous tenant The carpets werent attached and baseboards were on the ground there was construction dust and mismatched paint As a result I spent eight hours cleaning before moving in I couldnt even do that on the original day Its incredibly noisy here due to landscapers coming three times weekly with their equipment right outside my windows nails are scattered around parking lots that are closed off Construction is suddenly starting but no announcement or explanation was given as to why not fix up interiors first For maintenance shady individuals who don't seem affiliated with any company are hired which makes me hesitant about letting them into my apartment and water randomly shuts off without warning which has never happened anywhere else I lived In addition broken windows can be seen near leasing office which should be safest area yet isn't other issues include broken laundry machines and old toiletsappliances that clog easily even when only urine is used What made me write this review though is finding my first German roach despite deep cleaning every week this mental stress due to living conditions is too much more ... hide ...

I am generally satisfied with living in my apartment its facilities and the surrounding area with grocery stores parks and the Alewife station close by However there are several problems that property management must address Firstly parking space is very limited for residents with cars and it is almost impossible to have guests over due to the lack of guest parking This is especially frustrating since there are lots of apartments between two buildings but no accessible street parking nearby Secondly upon moving in I found many construction issues such as a leaky toilet sink dishwasher a stained bathtub a cracked wall and an unresponsive temperature control unit all of which require service requests to fix Finally packages can be difficult to track down as they often end up scattered around the mail room or closets at the office or entryway because of a lack of organization Despite these problems however building management has been prompt in responding to requests and fixing issues quickly so far They have also added perks like free work out classes and food events which is nice Additionally I have discovered numerous parks and trails nearby see photos that give me an escape from living downtown making this place quite appealing overall more ... hide ...

This apartment building in Cambridge is topnotch offering an excellent experience for a higher price The soundproofing is superb the only noise I heard from my neighbor was their dog barking and it could only be heard from inside the bathroom The windows are also great at keeping out street noises LeasingManagement and MoveInMoveOut both received an A rating emails were answered promptly and professionally my security deposit was returned without having to ask movein was stress free and maintenance requests were handled within 24 hours Build quality gets an A too everything in the apartment has been carefully selected for maximum livability with plenty of storage available to rent nearby The bathtubs are huge appliances work well and the fireplace can be turned on with a switch Amenities get an A the gym needs some love as 3 pieces of cardio equipment were out of commission for 2 months when I moved out there is difficulty changing weights on pully machines but its doable if you push hard enough peak times can be a bit crowded but 01 people during off peak times make up for it never any problems with trash chutes either Location receives another A walking trails right outside Vox are incredible making exploring by foot or bike easy plus walking distance to Alewife station with nearby stores such as Trader Joes Star Market or Whole Foods make getting groceries convenient driving out is also simple due to Acorn Park more ... hide ...

Renaissance Square is made up of two buildings referred to as the Older and Newer side and this review mostly covers the latter Its not a luxury complex but rather modern by Concord standards I have seen pools and gyms which are quite common nowadays but 247 doormansecurity is hard to come across I have stayed in places with these features that also provide beautiful views Unfortunately ever since moving in there have been issues with theft vehicle breakins and homeless people onsite even within the building itself The new gates installed brought a reduction of such events though Cleanliness has been brought up by other reviews however it comes down to inconsiderate tenants rather than property management who lack attention on this matter We should have a janitor yet I don't often see common areas being cleaned stains on flooring linger for days or weeks untouched Its perplexing where they are all day when they exist In addition to this is people being lazy with their trash instead of throwing it down the shoot inside the trash room they just leave it lying around more inconsiderate neighbours at play here Lastly parking in handicap stalls despite them being marked for those who need them has led to numerous citations from Concord PD over time despite warnings an eyeopening sight indeed Living here is great but one must not expect luxury features such as securitydo more ... hide ...
