I rarely leave reviews but after considering all of the facts potential and current tenants should be warned This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with an apartment complex Since I work nights my sleep is disturbed by noise coming from my neighbors stomping in the hallways and banging on the walls Parking is a real issue here since there are 2022-09-10T00:32:17Z
I rarely leave reviews but after considering all of the facts potential and current tenants should be warned This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with an apartment complex Since I work nights my sleep is disturbed by noise coming from my neighbors stomping in the hallways and banging on the walls Parking is a real issue here since there are not enough spots due to handicapped permits reserved spaces for motorcyclescompacts and no signage indicating where you can or cant park if you manage to find an available spot My car has been towed twice and when I brought this up to management they were indifferent they simply told me to park at another location There have also been reports of car breakins as well as mice sightings in apartments which property management ignored despite being notified Roaches were dealt with but mildew builds up constantly due to poor ventilation even after changing the belt on the roof so management suggested I keep my bathroom door open while showeringafterwards not turn hot water all the way up and buy a fan The dishwasher is old and they wont replace it so water leaks onto my floor when asked what could be done about it they simply said use less dish soap which doesnt seem like a solution at all People spit in common areas and there have even been cases of semen found in elevators If your neighbors are dirty or leave trash around don't expect anyone else to clean it more ... hide ...

I would give zero stars if I could because the reviews must be fake This property is not professionally managed as claimed on their site When I moved in on 1072021 it didnt take long for me to want to break my lease by 10162021 I was out This place is very misleading the apartments are outdated and a mess and the staff isn't any better They hadnt finished my carpet which was supposed to be done before movein and when it finally arrived it was flooring that wasnt installed properly separating from the walls The bathroom looked like everything had been painted over so you couldnt tell how bad of shape it really was in And they have all these rules for residents but then don't follow them themselves like leaving the glass door busted open so anyone could just walk through Its no wonder why these apartments are so cheap either this complex should be shut down or renovated heavily On top of that they charged me twice the rent for my 9 days there despite one of their own employees thinking that rate was outrageous Do NOT live here look elsewhere more ... hide ...
