The MontRoyal Metro station restaurantsbars and shops are all conveniently located nearby Booking this rental was easy It was relatively clean although some areas such as the furniture and bathroom sink were missed Contrary to what was advertised it was not a Queen bed It is recommended to ask for any items you may need prior to checkingin on Fridays as the customer service will be unavailable afterwards eg coffeecreamerstea bagsolive oilsaltpepper Furthermore there is no enforcement of the No Smoking policy guests were smoking weed in our floor on Saturday night and SonderGuerin did not respond when notified of this issue Additionally parking at the rental property or nearby streets is not available we received a 79 ticket for parking on Friday night until Saturday afternoon at another lot at end of Rue Guilford which cost us 15 overnight but we are unsure of the daily rate The room number 305 had a nice view of the park with a peaceful Rue Drolet facing it however considering its basic studio setup without support or rules enforced eg smoke alarms did not go off it can be considered expensive for what one gets with safety hazards present due to lack of monitoring from SonderGuerin team in building bylaw violations that go unnoticed more ... hide ...

This building just finished 6 months ago is the worst place Ive ever lived Management is awful they take two times the rent and don't return it and completely ignore tenant emails or appointments You wont get free heat nor rentable storage spaces like promised Your bills will be way higher than expected since you have to pay for heat and cant turn it off The storage spaces arent even there They doubleassign underground parking places without any outdoor options No matter how many times you reach out about a problem in your unit no one does anything about it One of our last straws was finding vomit in the elevator for days with management only sending out an email with a photo before cleaning two days later Breakins have also been common since this building opened up Youre always surrounded by construction and multiple roads are blocked due to it too theres also an alarm that randomly goes off at all hours of the night Most windows don't shut tightly anyway and are already cracked but dogs are allowed which was nice plus windows were large and appliancesfixtures were highend that may not work Neighbors were mostly great but thats all this place had going for it don't live here unless you HAVE to more ... hide ...

Living at Kings Heights Apartments is a pleasure the Management team is incredible always willing to help out with anything The common areas are kept in excellent condition its easily the nicest apartment Ive ever called home

This place is really bad news there are tow trucks in the parking lot every night The spots are so tiny that if you have a small truck youre almost sure to scratch both doors when getting out We think property management is automated since any issues just get resolved with generic emails and no follow up Noise from neighbors seeps through the walls ceiling a 2022-10-23T18:02:19Z

Ive only been here in this apartment building for 6 weeks and Mary and Ashley have made such an impression on me The flat is wonderful with new appliances and countertops plus a welcome package when I moved in They are incredibly helpful always on top of things and very thorough with their work Everywhere is kept impeccably clean even past their nine to five job Not to mention the special notes that come under the door about contractors coming in for maintenance or repair jobs like plumbing or electrical recently they even changed out the smelly elevator carpets All of this has been accomplished within 6 weeks Plus I hear they do something extraspecial for Halloween and Christmas too Its clear Mary and Ashley have put a lot of effort into keeping this place running smoothly plus all tenants should be motivated to keep their apartments neat as well Kudos to them both My only suggestion would be to install fans in the elevators it gets too stuffy otherwise Great job ladies six stars more ... hide ...
