This building, just finished 6 months ago, is the worst place I've ever lived. Management is awful - they take two times the rent and don't return it, and completely ignore tenant emails or appointments. You won't get free heat nor rentable storage spaces like promised. Your bills will be way higher than expected since you have to pay for heat (and can't turn it off). The storage spaces aren't even there! They double-assign underground parking places without any outdoor options. No matter how many times you reach out about a problem in your unit, no one does anything about it. One of our last straws was finding vomit in the elevator for days with management only sending out an email with a photo before cleaning two days later. Break-ins have also been common since this building opened up. You're always surrounded by construction and multiple roads are blocked due to it too; there's also an alarm that randomly goes off at all hours of the night! Most windows don't shut tightly anyway and are already cracked, but dogs are allowed which was nice plus windows were large and appliances/fixtures were high-end (that may not work). Neighbors were mostly great but that's all this place had going for it - don't live here unless you HAVE to!
