Im not keen on writing reviews like this but I wish someone had alerted me prior to signing my lease here Living here is of a low quality and too costly youd be better off in an SRO The building itself is fine and the suites are normal and the residental managers are friendly Id give them high marks if I could Nonetheless the building management doesnt really care about their tenants or their living conditions Since moving in there have been constant renovations taking place for a few months now with no end seemingly in sight Normally that wouldnt be such a problem however they choose to perform some of the loudest works from 8am12pm daily which is just unreasonable My partner is an emergency responder who has started suffering mentally due to being unable to rest after their night shift because of all the drilling noise which even industrial ear protectors cant muffle sufficiently enough for conversation let alone work meetings or simply thoughts Furthermore with everyone stuck at home due to Covid19 its hard enough without this ruckus going on all day long so you can hardly concentrate during webinars or phone calls either Youd expect them to be more sympathetic during these times instead of making life here hellish for us all yet no matter how many requests we make for them to delay works till later hours so people can sleep theres never an agreeable answer given what happened to having peace and quiet If you more ... hide ...

The wood frame structure of the apartment complex allows for noise to pass through such as footsteps in the hall and flushing toilets Despite the high rent prices for a small town the size and benefits make up for it Unfortunately since the main office is not open on weekends it can be difficult to address any issues After changing out a toilet seat there was an unpleasant surprise underneath Delivery parcels cant be received at front office either which is quite inconvenient given how large the complex is Additionally there is an issue with front entrance alarm that has already been reported multiple times but no action has been taken yet Marks on my walls were promised to be fixed before moving in but are still present after 3 weeks of living there On a positive note however laminate floors are pleasant to walk on and dishwasher cleans everything perfectly The staff was also quick to address issues about heating so aside from noise its been a positive experience overall more ... hide ...
