This inn has 3 buildings only the main one with the nice colorful exterior Our deluxe 2 bed 1 bath was in the second building and it was quite rundown rusted dirty heat register dusty broken blinds splattered walls and a grimy headboard The coffee maker didnt work either and the bathroom was tiny It needed a thorough deep clean Furthermore this building is seriously leaning and parking two meters outside of our bedroom window meant lightnoise disturbance through the night Theres even a notice in the kitchen stating that youll be charged 200 if you don't unpack the dishwasher when leaving Although our stay was fine this place does not deserve its 45 rating or its price tag for its level of quality offered The photos are much better than what we experienced in person more ... hide ...

If you have any regard for where you live steer clear of this place It could have been a decent place to stay if it werent managed by Devon Properties From far away it looks nice but up close it is a mess When I got the keys to the apartment there were damages everywhere walls appliances flooring and even the bathtub All these issues were supposed to be take 2022-10-17T17:32:17Z
If you have any regard for where you live steer clear of this place It could have been a decent place to stay if it werent managed by Devon Properties From far away it looks nice but up close it is a mess When I got the keys to the apartment there were damages everywhere walls appliances flooring and even the bathtub All these issues were supposed to be taken care of before I moved in however 10 months and numerous emailstextsphone calls later nothing had been fixed The washer and dryer havent worked for two months meanwhile the AC randomly turns off and the towel rod fell off due to poor installation that never got fixed either Additionally I didnt even get my storage locker which I had been paying for half a year This building has seen three building managers come and go within one year because Devon is such an awful employer that they keep quitting When I moved out they did an inspection which revealed that all this work was left undone due to staffing difficulties but staffing problems don't cause 10 months worth of neglect more ... hide ...

We were charged an outrageous 1120week while our neighbours were only paying 1350month due to their relationship with the old owners of the motel portion of the resort Everything was run down the floors were torn and it was advertised as a fullsized fridge but it was actually mini The stove was said to be a fullsize but it turned out to be a mini gas stove The bathtub wouldnt drain properly and the bathroom fan didnt work either They claimed they took out garbage everyday however we only saw this happen twice in our 10 day stay Furthermore they promised fresh bedding every week yet nothing ever changed during our stay the shower is rusty and there are wet walls in addition to a toilet that kept running Given all these factors we decided to leave and find somewhere else evidently this new owner has been lying through his teeth We were even overcharged at one point though he eventually corrected it leading us to question whether this was intentional or not more ... hide ...
