If you have any regard for where you live, steer clear of this place. It could have been a decent place to stay, if it weren't managed by Devon Properties. From far away it looks nice, but up close it is a mess. When I got the keys to the apartment, there were damages everywhere: walls, appliances, flooring and even the bathtub. All these issues were supposed to be taken care of before I moved in; however 10 months and numerous emails/texts/phone calls later nothing had been fixed. The washer and dryer haven't worked for two months; meanwhile the AC randomly turns off and the towel rod fell off due to poor installation that never got fixed either. Additionally, I didn't even get my storage locker which I had been paying for half a year! This building has seen three building managers come and go within one year because Devon is such an awful employer that they keep quitting. When I moved out they did an inspection which revealed that all this work was left undone due to staffing difficulties - but staffing problems don't cause 10 months' worth of neglect!
