Living in this building is a nightmare noise complaints daily management that doesnt care about tenants wellbeing and having to pay for hydro 150 parking 75 min storage and visitor parking Theres never anywhere easy to park so its not worth the 3k2 bedroom cost Plus the one elevator gets shut down all day for moving purposes Cannot wait to move out

Living here is a truly fantastic experience The suites are striking and consist of two bedrooms that are separated by insulated walls allowing for privacy and noise reduction During the winter no external heat is required in fact sometimes windows must be opened In the summertime it can become hot like any other apartment building so fans are recommended to 2022-10-14T19:32:17Z
Living here is a truly fantastic experience The suites are striking and consist of two bedrooms that are separated by insulated walls allowing for privacy and noise reduction During the winter no external heat is required in fact sometimes windows must be opened In the summertime it can become hot like any other apartment building so fans are recommended to keep cool The building is always kept very clean with walls washed regularly and hallwaysstairways vacuumed often I feel extra secure due to the key fob system and cameras which even remain active outside at night Management has been wonderful as well I am grateful to call this place home more ... hide ...

The building is new with a lot of storage and modern appliances such as full washer and dryer included However the construction is nearconstant the walls are paperthin the elevator has broken down multiple times there have been five power outages unrelated to weather and packages from online orders cant be received as they cannot access the mailroom Furtherm 2022-09-27T00:32:16Z
