The building is new, with a lot of storage and modern appliances such as full washer and dryer included. However, the construction is near-constant, the walls are paper-thin, the elevator has broken down multiple times, there have been five power outages unrelated to weather and packages from online orders can't be received as they cannot access the mailroom. Furthermore, my bedroom wall is shared with my neighbour's kitchen which he cooks in at 11 pm or later on weekdays which wakes me up nearly every night being a professional who works in the early morning. Another thing to consider is that two new apartment complexes are going up on the east side of the building.
