Our experience at Trinity Hills was quite the opposite of what we had hoped for consisting of two main points poor building management and inadequate building design which didnt justify the high monthly rent We encountered all three Property Management staff Milton Sofia and Ariel during our 12month lease each time we reached out to them through emailtextcall we were met with delayed responses or no response at all Our complaints included but werent limited to homeless individuals sleeping in fire escape stairwells see attached picture stolen license plate from tenant lot broken dishwasher upon moving in toilettes that couldnt flush upon moving in frequent fire alarms due to ceiling leaks in parkade see attached picture power outage leaving us without lightheat for 12 hours during wintertime unlocked fire escape stairwells leading to surface parking lot outside building referral incentive not given until after moveout date and still being charged for water usage even after moveout although Property Management said they would cancel it The most disheartening thing was the utter lack of communication and professionalism from the Property Management staff thus prompting us to look elsewhere when our lease ended We would not recommend anyone renting at Trinity Hills more ... hide ...

Boardwalk owns some really nice buildings but Lindas management at the one I moved into was horrible I had already paid for everything yet she didnt tell me when I could get my keys or arrange a movein date When I tried to contact her she wouldnt respond so in the end I just went there to get them She was totally disorganized and didnt even know if my suite 2022-09-20T03:38:53Z
Boardwalk owns some really nice buildings but Lindas management at the one I moved into was horrible I had already paid for everything yet she didnt tell me when I could get my keys or arrange a movein date When I tried to contact her she wouldnt respond so in the end I just went there to get them She was totally disorganized and didnt even know if my suite had been cleaned fortunately the cleaning lady knew it was ready on February 1st The maintenance man was complaining about having to do repairs on whatever unit he assigned him that morning Linda gave me the movein inspection papers and said shed come back later to finalize them however after waiting hours for her I left to start moving in my stuff and told her then that the blinds and window screen were missing from the living room window Im on the fourth floor so this is a hazard She said they would have to order new parts which might take some time Upon trying to follow up with her a couple weeks later she said she didnt even know when theyd arrive since there wasnt any maintenance person around though I saw him leaving his office earlier On top of all this confusion about my apartment Linda also assigned me parking stall 218 which took forever for me to find since all that were numbered higher than 214 when questioned about it all she replied with its closer our side without offering any help more ... hide ...
