After living at 188 Clark Blvd for three years our stay has come to a close The building is relatively new and the units are of good quality The maintenance staff were always friendly and helpful but we had a lot of issues with the management We reported things often such as visitors taking advantage of parking spaces tenants being aggressive or throwing dog 2022-10-15T01:32:17Z

I have resided in this spacious new apartment complex for over half a year now and can say that it is great Access to bike trails and stores is convenient the management is very friendly and there is always someone on duty at the front desk for security Although it is somewhat on the pricier side when compared to other properties its quality makes up for it

Its not luxury living herefar from it Dirty windows tailgate parties slamming doors all day and night garbage everywhere due to removed trash cans the managers only care about making money Overpriced countertops with 4 foot long counters on 9 foot wallsstrange they didnt put a pantry there since the cupboards and drawers are shallow and small Falling off cup 2022-10-15T02:02:17Z

Do not even consider moving here it is the worst place I have ever lived The management team is terrible and the property itself is in a terrible condition with a foul smell and cockroaches everywhere The elevators are never cleaned and often don't work leaving elderly and disabled people having to take the stairs You will be expected to pay for services re 2022-10-03T18:32:17Z

This abode is a total wreck A large section of the main floor has been open and exposed for a while now leading to over 20 rats appearing in the ceilings Rats are also running wild in the hallways and staircase due to leaking pipes The smell of mildew is strong in the air along with dripping water from damaged roofs on carpets The tenants have reported that 2022-09-27T02:02:19Z
