We have been living in this building for three to four years with the only good thing about it being the neighbors Two years ago we asked for holes in our ceiling to be fixed but it still hasnt happened A third of the top of our bathroom door is missing and our bedroom door wont fully close unless something is propping it up There are also cracks all through 2022-09-25T01:32:17Z
We have been living in this building for three to four years with the only good thing about it being the neighbors Two years ago we asked for holes in our ceiling to be fixed but it still hasnt happened A third of the top of our bathroom door is missing and our bedroom door wont fully close unless something is propping it up There are also cracks all through some of the kitchen tiles But what really makes things worse is summertime with just an air conditioner two TVs and a computer running the breaker trips almost every 15 minutes meaning that our apartment gets unbearably hot as one bedroom has its own separate outlet while everything else is on one We cant wait to get out of here and find landlords who actually care about their tenants more ... hide ...

At Skyline tenants can expect lockers they have to pay for in place of free ones the sauna room being decommissioned no workout room an outdoor pool which is open only during summer and even then it was only open for two weeks in August and was padlocked afterwards no elevators no maintenance person to address issues higher rental prices with utilities now n 2022-09-14T17:32:16Z

My partner and I have been living here for close to 10 years and we adore it The managers keep everything neat tidy and new the units and the surrounding area We have a pleasant outdoor seating area with a barbecue for gatherings we have community parties a few times annually Additionally there is a spacious community garden The units are very nice with brand new appliances stove refrigerator dishwasher fresh carpeting and newly painted walls when you move in Recently they upgraded all of the toilets and showers Also they upgraded all of the windows as well as sliding patio doors some years ago plus freshly paintedfinished our balconies as well as the outside of our building around that same time I mention this because it demonstrates how good they are at keeping up with maintenance for our building as well as its property If something needs to be fixed it gets done instantly Furthermore due to cement walls between each unitfloor you barely hear noise from other places here Not only that but this is petfriendly complex which is an immense advantage There are many friendly people living here whom you get to meet while walking their pups Last but not least the price is quite reasonable compared to other places like these plus its allinclusive Laundry on site in each building in addition common room with books couches excellent managers who actually care about tenants keep things running smoothly more ... hide ...
