Innova is a nice building however many reasons exist for not renting there They ask for deposits for all keys and even the air conditioner remote which is illegal in Quebec Furthermore they charge an appliance rental fee which is questionable since its an extra cost on top of rent If they overcharge you its up to you to get the money back they wont apologize 2022-10-08T18:32:17Z
Innova is a nice building however many reasons exist for not renting there They ask for deposits for all keys and even the air conditioner remote which is illegal in Quebec Furthermore they charge an appliance rental fee which is questionable since its an extra cost on top of rent If they overcharge you its up to you to get the money back they wont apologize when at fault It appears as if they make an effort to take more money from tenants with additional fees Inspections are scheduled quickly yet repairs are slow and can take weeks we were without a working AC for two months with Innova pushing back dates and eventually ignoring us 30 degrees in the apartment Inspections come with 8 hour time frames which means being available 95 on whatever weekday thats chosen possibly not showing up so needing to be available the next day too Renters should be prepared to do extra work in order to avoid getting scammed when renting from Innova more ... hide ...

My advice stay away from this apartment building owned by Groupe Denux CanMed Investments Poorly managed and with little security My car was stolen even though I had paid for parking The janitor is not helpful and rents out spaces to nonresidents without informing the company He may also overcharge you for services like AC installation Don't be fooled by the 2022-09-24T11:32:17Z

Management here is incredibly dissatisfactory and the personnel are not to be trusted They make no effort to pay attention to tenant issues or attempt any kind of resolution for them Anna in particular is a pitiful manager and her attitude towards her job on even her best days reflects how wretched she must feel inside The staff understands the residence is 2022-10-23T14:32:18Z
