2023-01-18T05:30:03ZMy advice: stay away from this apartment building owned by Groupe Denux (CanMed Investments). Poorly managed and with little security. My car was stolen, even though I had paid for parking. The janitor is not helpful and rents out spaces to non-residents without informing the company. He may also overcharge you for services like AC installation. Don't be fooled by the location/view; it's an old building with heating/cooling problems, no functioning cameras and terrible customer service that never responds or fixes issues in a timely manner. Additionally, the janitor shows bias towards race and gender when signing leases! After a year of living there, my suggestion is DO NOT GO THERE! Hopefully they will improve their security measures and hire staff more carefully.
