Ive lived here since 2018 Ive encountered many on site staff The elderly man in the office is one of the most friendly people Ive ever encountered Most of them treat you like a child but thats alright considering what they have to deal with on a daily basis The quality of an apartment complex relies heavily on its tenants don't anticipate great customer service from the employees here Theyre nice but the manager is a bit cold sometimesThere is quite a lot of thievery that goes on here my catalytic converter was stolen windows were broken for my loose change and thousands of dollars worth damage was done to my car someone even tried entering my house at night I now have Blink cameras so that should not be happening again Its unfortunate yet understandable as people are different nowadays 2022The parking situation can be stressful too when I park in handicap spots people leave me notes asking me to move it more often although Im confined to a wheelchair and don't drive much often its just some entitled residents targeting me Despite all this this place has its perks too its close to Fred Meyer which is great and having chutes for trash collection makes life easier for me although some tenants make messes with them which isn't very nice The maintenance team do their best and every time I see them working hard i always tell them don't work too hard more ... hide ...

The great pricing and close location to campus are bonuses yet it does not make up for the lacking state of this property After new management was put in place they have been wonderful however when I moved in my unit had trash on the floor and broken items Electrical issues caused me to be without an overhead light 90 of the time The paint in my shower was peeling off and I experienced extreme temperatures from the water either being too hot or too cold Maintenance frequently shut off our water supply as well Roaches were expected because this is a common occurrence for college apartments Within the first month after moving in we could tell because there were piles of trash outside our dumpsters that extended into the parking lot To make matters worse stairwells were dark at night which made it feel unsafe walking around them after dark hours In conclusion due to these problematic issues I had originally planned on staying until graduation but decided against it by moving out early instead more ... hide ...
