I've lived here since 2018, I've encountered many "on site" staff. The elderly man in the office is one of the most friendly people I've ever encountered. Most of them treat you like a child but that's alright, considering what they have to deal with on a daily basis. The quality of an apartment complex relies heavily on its tenants; don't anticipate great customer service from the employees here. They're nice but the manager is a bit cold sometimes. There is quite a lot of thievery that goes on here - my catalytic converter was stolen, windows were broken for my loose change and thousands of dollars' worth damage was done to my car; someone even tried entering my house at night! I now have Blink cameras so that should not be happening again. It's unfortunate yet understandable as people are different nowadays (2022). The parking situation can be stressful too - when I park in handicap spots, people leave me notes asking me to move it more often although I'm confined to a wheelchair and don't drive much often; it's just some entitled residents targeting me! The maintenance team do their best and every time I see them working hard, i always tell them "don't work too hard more ... hide ...
