My experience of SoCam290 since I moved in during Fall 2020 has been quite positive The leasing office is very responsive to my inquiries and maintenance requests While there have been some issues reported by other residents such as package theft the office was quick to introduce a policy which requires packages be kept at the leasing office with ID checks Here are my pros and cons for this placePros for me at least Safety is a priority two swipe access points with key fobs automatically locking doors bedroombathroom locks and security cameras in the gym elevators and main hallways Amenities like having a gym downstairs plus conference rooms with white boards Quiet atmosphere no loud or disruptive student noise heard from neighbors No hidden costs just base rent sewage plus onetime charge for package system just 5Cleanliness janitors keep the place well maintainedLocation wise urgent care pharmacy post office all within 13 minutes walk away Cons Costlier than renting off campus but safety aspect makes it worth it Laundry done in shared units on second floor unless you have own unit Food options limited only grocery store nearby more expensive than other places but plenty of restaurants around Bus system does not run directly to LivingstonBusch campuses on weekdays so allow extra time to get thereOverall though I would recommend SoCam290 as a great living option here more ... hide ...

Ive been living in one of the older buildings here for about five years and I have nothing negative to report What I like most is the area itself its quiet nice to stroll around in has wellspaced buildings and a plethora of wildlife deer birds even chipmunks Plus youd never guess youre in the middle of a park when Walmart is just within walking distance My apartment is one of the cheaperolder ones there are newer ones with different floorplans but it suits my needs The appliances are decent and windows are large Central heating AC is also great My upstairs neighbors floor sometimes creaks but theres good soundproofing since Im on the bottom floor Some apartments also have beautiful views unfortunately mine does not though my cat loves watching all the birds In terms of price vs quality ratio I was satisfied as well when apartment hunting here beforeLastly Gia whos an amazing property manager has been so accommodating regarding lease extensions during my move to Seattle maintenance staff are also topnotch at keeping outside looking neat tidy more ... hide ...

I would give Abbott Road Suites 10 stars if I could Our stay with Anne Rick went from July to November while our home was under construction and we were so lucky to find this place Initially we had booked the East Suite and then moved to the South Suite Both suites had a very comfortable kingsized bed large walkin showers and were spotlessly clean The rooms also contained a Keurig coffee maker bar fridge microwave oven air fryer and all other kitchenware one could need This was incredibly helpful for us during our long stay there We had plenty of room for our luggage as well as access to laundry facilities whenever necessary Anne just needed to be informed first Two adults plus a large dog stayed here Anne Rick looked after both us and him with great care even providing him some treats On top of that walking on the tranquil country road or running free in nearby fields were available activities for canine companions Assistance was never far away since they live on site they made sure we always felt at home which was great considering how stressful the situation already was Lastly if you happen to be visiting during summer months make sure you join in their weekend bonfires everyone is invited so don't miss out on lots of laughter more ... hide ...
