We purchased a home through Heather Cunningham at EXIT Realty Another agent from the same office listed the property and they initially took us on a virtual tour We asked them to represent us in the sale which they agreed to do however we soon felt like she was working for herselfcoworkerthe sale rather than for our best interests She allegedly blamed our in 2022-09-07T12:32:16Z
We purchased a home through Heather Cunningham at EXIT Realty Another agent from the same office listed the property and they initially took us on a virtual tour We asked them to represent us in the sale which they agreed to do however we soon felt like she was working for herselfcoworkerthe sale rather than for our best interests She allegedly blamed our inspector for slow progress when it was actually due to the owner needing extra time to turn on the water The inspection went generally well although she offered to watch our kids while we spoke with the inspector when any problems were pointed out she responded by saying when you buy a place like this that happens as it had been vacant for two years Whenever we asked her questions like about location of wells and septic systems she stated that they don't know anything about the propertythey never lived there but then didnt get back to us unless we asked again She did connect us with an insurance broker who worked at their office however ultimately it felt like her job was just crossing Ts and dotting Is rather than looking after our best interests or working hard for us as clients During final closing inspections there were numerous issues including a dog having urinated in several rooms Heather refused to acknowledge this or check appliances or heating systemsdespite what is required during walkthroughsand instead tried pressuring us by saying things like your lawyer is more ... hide ...
