Ive been living at Villages on Madison for five years now and Im in a one bedroom apartment Its far bigger than the other ones Ive seen or lived in before which makes me feel safe Every laundry room has a key that only residents of the building know so its secure The management team are great Heidi is the office manager and Aaliyah is her assistant theyre both friendly and always willing to help The maintenance guys are amazing as well requests get dealt with either on the day or the very next dayThe property looks beautiful theres a swimming pool kiddie pool playground area and even sidewalks for people to walk on if they want exercise Overall I love my home here at Villages on Madison and would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice place to live more ... hide ...

The apartment you tour is not what you get Roaches in the bathroom sink from neighbors mice from exterior door holes spiders from drafty windows and even brown Robins trying to nest in the laundry due to unrepaired grates on the roof its all there Broken windows and doors that don't fit their frames AC return vent on the main floor unable to cool upstairs during summer months I spent 100 a month just trying to stay comfortable Cold and drafty in winter plenty of bugs coming through escape points gates closed only 8 hours a night when luckyand no frontloading washer because of toosmall room with 16 inch clearance into room so you have to move hot water tank just to get set inout A 10 year old could kick these doors down definitely not worth an overinflated price Plus they messed up toilets so bad that theres not enough water for flushing toilet paperOn top of all this I work from home and they have no respect for me or my job pounding incessantly on my door while Im working expecting me to risk my job by hanging up on customers if I want anything done If someone walked in my office while I was on the phone theyd at least wait Got suckered into this run down complex with a cheap faceliftnever again more ... hide ...
