Pros: -The building is very pet-friendly, so your COCROACHES can stay with you. -The management has an effective pest control spray system, allowing you to be away from your unit for six hours when they spray. -You must submit a pest treatment every month or else the roaches will continue to live with you. -Your unit can remain clean, yet the cockroaches still persist. -When taking a hot shower, expect sudden freezing cold water due to the state of the art water heater in the building. It's actually fun! Cons: Literally Nothing!

This is an honest review of living in this building for the past twelve months: Pros: Management is always friendly, helpful and quick to address issues. Superintendents are very attentive to concerns and have been professional and polite. Cons: Parking for visitors is practically non-existent; my car's catalytic converter was stolen while in the lot, so security must be minimal or nonexistent. The laundry room has a nasty smell of feces, piles of dirty clothing sitting around, many machines not working properly, clothes that come out stinking and stained - forcing us to take them elsewhere to be cleaned. Water pressure and temperature are always inconsistent; trying to shower at a desired temp is like trying to pick a hard lock in Skyrim! Recently they began expanding the parking lot which will last all summer. This construction noise will make your days miserable from 8am-5pm (and sometimes on weekends). Lastly, even though we keep our place immaculate we've still had bedbugs biting us during sleep - vacuuming/steam cleaning barely help with this issue. In conclusion - proceed with caution before renting here!

This apartment complex is great; I've been living here for a little over a week now and I'm really pleased with it! Management did an awesome job of making my transition go smoothly, and all the cosmetic issues we saw when initially touring the unit were taken care of quickly. All my neighbors are nice and the building is well-maintained - so if you're searching for an affordable place to live, I highly recommend this one.
