My residence at Mountainview apartments in Collingwood for 14 months was a great experience. The building was well kept, with all public areas (hallways, garbage shoots, laundry rooms and storage areas) always spotless. Additionally, the exterior of the building was very presentable; it had neat grass trimmed regularly and snow that was shoveled promptly. My apartment itself was also immaculate when I moved in with freshly painted walls and I never had an issue arise during my stay. Furthermore, the management team were friendly and professional plus they communicated effectively about maintenance activities taking place such as water being shut off or elevators undergoing service. I even noticed them walking around to ensure everything stayed clean which really impressed me!
