I was a resident here in 2018-2019 and I'm glad I made the choice. Pros: The maintenance team was superfast, the office staff were friendly and helpful (Jennifer is especially great), being close to I-69 (10-15 minutes from downtown) was convenient, the grounds were well kept and my apartment incredibly clean upon moving in; furthermore, snow removal/ice melt was always done punctually and the pool quite nice. As for cons, vertical noise transmission is a huge problem - I could hear every move my upstairs neighbours' corgi made as well as their own activities like showers running, doors opening/closing, conversations and toilet flushing. Fortunately horizontal noise isn't an issue though appliances are a bit out of date so don't expect too much from them (had to wash dishes before putting them in dishwasher). Ultimately living here was enjoyable when there weren't any upstairs neighbours.
