Staying in the downtown building for nearly five years was a nightmare. Bedbugs, drug sales, and violent threats with firearms and knives were commonplace. The only one who made any progress was the regional manager, Randy; everyone else was unworthy of their job. There were no repairs done and the laundry facilities were deplorable--with old, broken machines charging ever increasing prices--hence why I cannot recommend this place to anyone at all. 0/10.
