Moving into the Highlander building last December 2, 2020 was the best decision I have ever made. I wanted to downsize and own my own home, and my apartment has all the amenities I need - a fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave in stainless steel - as well as air conditioning! The building itself is kept very clean; its exterior is attractive with seasonal perennials and shrubs/trees. The lawns are cut weekly and watered daily in the morning/night. In winter, sidewalks/parking areas are de-iced with salt to prevent slipping. Parking underground is convenient; there's always a spot available in a very clean garage. There are also extra amenities such as summer swimming access, a pool room, darts area, exercise room library and four rooftop BBQ spaces for sitting around with neighbours who are friendly - even to the cats living here!
