For my 32 years of living, I can confidently say that Aspen Park Apartments is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Being my ninth place to live, including when I was younger, all the other places had some major issue that made it difficult. At Aspen Park, in my one year experience so far, everything is spacious and clean with amazing amenities - unlike Glenn At Lakewood located in Lakewood which consists of broken stairs and doors, damage everywhere, terrible maintenance crew and nonfunctioning heating or cooling. Strangely enough there was a single water heater for 12 apartments at Glenn. Although Aspen Park isn't modern like some people would hope due to its 70's-80's architecture and design, appliances are basic yet still function properly. The only downside is having shared clothes washing/drying facilities; however individual water heaters per apartment make up for it as well as getting decent sun exposure/air flow during cool times. Maintenance crew is outstanding compared to any other apartment complex (aside from college dorms)! They are friendly and helpful when answering questions plus they respond quickly within 6-36 hours typically.
