2023-02-04T00:30:03ZLiving at 981 Gulf Pl (Concord Apartments) has been an awful experience. The management is terrible and the managers are quite rude, never heeding any complaints no matter how often they are made. They don't address any of the issues in the apartment, only becoming angry when asked to attend to them. Furthermore, they usually aren't even present in their office - even prior to COVID-19. There are continual problems with water and heating, while the laundry room has old machines which often fail to work. Bedbugs have also become a problem here. Despite all this, rent is still high; avoid this place if you can!
