It's essential to stay away from this apartment complex! The services provided here are terrible; since we moved in, we've had many issues and only a few have been settled after multiple complaints. On December 25th, the heat had been out for two weeks due to maintenance problems that may take weeks more to be fixed as the management has no clue when it will be taken care of. We have felt cold and have lacked heat and hot water for days which has caused us colds. Moreover, the elevator hasn't functioned for three days already with no updates or messages from the administration office regarding these issues. It seems as if one person is dealing with all of the building's problems; they seem nice but are likely overwhelmed by all that's going on. We also contacted Cogir yet haven't heard back from them yet. Heat is an absolute necessity at this time of year so not taking care of it quickly is just foolish! If you're searching for an apartment in Ottawa, keep looking - you'll most likely find a better place either at same price or even lower than here - avoid this place at all costs!
