The apartment in Dawson is probably one of the best to rent, with all appliances included and professional cleaners who come weekly. The only downside is that it gets very dusty, which may be due to the fact that it's pet friendly. Also, there's no air conditioning unit installed and the summer heat can be unbearable; plus recently there have been some loud people walking by the back of the building. It's not a place where you feel safe walking your dog or newborn baby outside anymore. Lastly, read your lease carefully because an illegal monthly pet fee was listed and had to be refunded (by law). All in all, it has been a decent place to live after dealing with these issues.
