I'm a young professional who relocated from Toronto to Guelph and was delighted when I saw the single bedroom apartment at Belle Ayre. The appliances were modern, freshly painted and it had a very elegant ceiling plaster design. Further, parking was available, it's near Exhibition park, the building managers are very helpful and talented plus rental fees are reasonable. All these factors make me glad that I found this place as my new home.
