My sister and I had an extremely positive experience in our first and only apartment complex staying there for four years We compared it to the apartments of our friends and family members yet felt that the added security given by the gate its proximity to our jobs and the wonderful staff made up for any potential overpricing The rent increased by 100 each year The gate usually worked but the deadbolt doors provided extra safety walking around at night felt secure due to a resident police officer Although not new all of the appliances were functional any issues usually came down to user error There was a nice pool during summertime as well as updated laundry facilities with machines that charged 150 per load for washing or drying with creditdebit cards a much needed upgrade from their old models For neighbors we encountered quite a variety including invisible ones who worked odd hours an annoying pair who made noise late at night and left pet smells followed by a nice family cooking pungent food late into the evening a reminder that soundsmells travel through floorswalls But we also met other friendly residents such as dog owners or senior citizens in addition to young families generally very pleasant people Inevitably there were bugs due to being an apartment complex but pest control visited quarterly while we also repelled them ourselves through traps etc numbers decreased over time thankfully Last but definitely not least was Anita Jessicas wonderful staff who helped us move more ... hide ...
