I wouldn't even give this rental experience one star; it has been the worst of my life. When we moved in during the winter, the place was quite cold and no matter how high we set the heat, it could not go beyond 18 degrees. Maintenance came to check and said there was nothing wrong with the radiant heating, that apparently this was just how it was. Maybe if they replaced those cheaply-made windows with better ones, there would be less of a draft coming in and then temperatures would stay cooler in summer/warmer in winter. The unit was dirty when we arrived; they had to come back again to clean out a filthy oven! The sink knobs were reversed and faucet dripping constantly plus, the kitchen countertop rotting away-- all of which needed fixing but never happened. Even worse yet: carpet stank terribly yet they told us it had been cleaned... really? And outside steps were falling apart-- took them two years before finally getting people to shovel snow/clear ice from parking lot during winter! Washer/dryers don't perform well either (charge $5 per load) plus charging for parking when streets offer free spots?!
