Living in the apartment from 20142017 was long overdue It was a 3rd floor 2 bed 15 Bath flat which had been remodeled and fitted with new appliances carpets and blinds The sealing of the windows and doors was so efficient that it kept the temperature inside nicely regulated Additionally the living room allowed for an ideal viewing distance for a 65 TV From my balcony I could see the parking lot which was cleaned regularly after snowfall in order to accommodate those leaving early for work The pool area in summer months often attracted many visitors but never any issues with staff or other tenants were encountered during my stay occasionally college students would create some noise outside but nothing too disruptive I assume management might have changed since then yet they are likely continuing on all that made it a pleasant place before me more ... hide ...

I am about to conclude my stay at the best apartment complex in the area that offers a great value Madison Place If I ever move back to Cincinnati I would live here again without any doubt The leasing team is always kind and accommodating making it very easy for military personnel to break their lease with no issues It is located in a convenient spot close to restaurants shops and the BengalsReds stadium moreover from certain units you can enjoy spectacular views of Kentucky and Ohios cities across the river Apartments are spacious with hardwood flooring throughout marble countertops and large walkin showers There are two lounges available for residents with outdoor grills too Plus every Friday theres free breakfast snacks in the lobby and happy hours as well not forgetting its gym equipped with plenty of machines plus an Echelon bike Mirror workout systems the only downside being no leg machines And theres 247 security guard on duty at ground level plus direct access to Marriott bar from lobby too Though one has to pay extra for larger trash removal or find another place since dumpsters arent allowed inside parking garage Allinall it was a wonderful experience living here while discovering Greater Cincinnati Area more ... hide ...
